Return window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Processing time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Domestic shipping:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after shipment
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International shipping:
We do ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking & updates:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Use your tracking number to follow delivery progress in real time.

Lost or damaged packages:
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact info@pachydermstudios.com within 7 days. Please include your tracking number and any relevant photos. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Address accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped once updated (additional shipping fees may apply).
